These “Terms” are established to regulate the use of NAIB IT’s website or any of its parts, including sub-sites or referenced sites belonging to NAIB IT (referred to herein as “NAIB IT websites”). NAIB IT reserves the right to alter these Terms unilaterally or in response to changes in the organizational or regional regulatory, judicial, or statutory context. By accessing, registering, and/or making purchases through NAIB IT websites (referred to herein as “Users”), you indicate your acceptance of these terms, thereby binding yourself to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using this Site or any affiliated mobile applications.

Acceptable Use Terms:
- NAIB IT’s website shall not be subjected to any illegitimate breach, defacement, tampering or traffic overload of any kind. In case you come across a bug or any sort of inaccuracy, please immediately notify NAIB IT.
- Users are prohibited from disseminating any data that is produced via NAIB IT websites or obtained through enumeration, mining, aggregation, or data analysis of any kind that was not designed or intended to be revealed.
- NAIB IT will exercise reasonable care and will not be responsible for any breach of terms beyond reasonable circumstances, unless otherwise determined by the court of law.
- Users are prohibited from using NAIB IT websites to disseminate unsolicited content or behave in any way that is considered to be ethically inappropriate, as per the Saudi Anti-Crime Law, which includes discrimination based on age, sex, color, religion, race, origin, citizenship, disability, and social situation.
- Occasionally, access to NAIB IT websites may be temporarily restricted or suspended for operational purposes, such as maintenance or the introduction of new services or products.
- NAIB IT reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, edit, delete, suspend, discontinue any content, as well as any products that are available through the NAIB IT website.
- If there is an evident breach of the terms, NAIB IT may temporarily or permanently revoke, terminate, or suspend access or registration to NAIB IT websites, at its sole discretion, without notifying users.
- Any content or files that are uploaded to NAIB IT websites may be screened and removed, without further notice to users, if deemed harmful.
NAIB IT Content & Copyright
- All content provided by NAIB IT, including but not limited to, information, data, materials, text, designs, graphics, pictures, videos, photographs, applications, software, audio, and other files, as well as their selection and presentation, is either owned by NAIB IT or licensed to NAIB IT through third parties. Such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, and is exclusively intended for your personal use only. Any republication or redistribution of the content, including framing or similar techniques, is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for all content, including comments, files, materials, suggestions, and ideas that they upload or post on NAIB IT’s websites or communicate to other users through the website.
Indemnification
- Users will be held responsible for indemnifying NAIB IT and any affected users for any breach of the terms, as determined by a court of law, that leads to demonstrated downstream liability.
Applicable Law
- The use of NAIB IT’s website is subject to international cyber-crime laws and governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms must be brought forth to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi Courts. However, NAIB IT reserves the right to initiate proceedings in the courts of the user’s location.
- Each provision of these Terms is independent and operates separately. If any court or competent authority determines that any of these provisions are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply to the full extent possible.
