Biography
Her Highness Dr. Shaikha Dheya Bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa PhD, is a member of the Bahraini Royal Family, is the Chairperson & Managing Director of NAIB IT and Riyada Group. HH has completed her studies in International Business Studies from European Business School in London and PhD in International Relations from Geneva School of Diplomacy in Switzerland and worked in E&Y Bahrain after her Bachelors. HH is a prominent entrepreneur who, over two decades, has built a celebrated conglomerate of over twenty-three companies and joint-ventures in diverse verticals such as, oil & gas, real estate, corporate finance, food & agriculture, IT & telecom, new technologies and artificial intelligence.
HH efforts were recognized by Forbes magazine, which ranked her 36 in the Forbes Middle East 2014 ranking among the most powerful 200 Arab women in the Middle East and also featured in the list of Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen as per the Forbes Middle East ranking for the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen in Listed Companies. HH is also a member of Women Corporate Directors, Gulf Chapter. In addition to her business activities, Her Highness supports a number of charitable foundations and continues to promote cultural dialogue and better understanding among nations

He is a top-notch Corporate Finance Professional, M&A & Business Advisor for Royal & Ruling Family Members, top 77 business conglomerate from USA, Korea, India, Europe, China & Russia in expanding business in MENA Region. He was also a Chief Business Advisor to a member of 200 Most Powerful Arab Women in 2013-14 & Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen in Listed Co in 2013-14 by Forbes Middle East and works as a Vice President – Business Advisory Group & Investment for a leading group in the Middle East Region.
Ebrahim Sonde has headed several projects in Technology & Telecom domain with specialities in Digital Transformation, Core Banking, Infrastructure, Software Development, Cybersecurity Solutions, Data Mining and Business Analytics Implementations, Consulting & Training for clients like Saudi Aramco, TAQA, Arab Financial Services (AFS) and a Bharti Airtel Group company for mobile commerce implementation in the MENA Region for the banks.
He has a craving and desire to excel in IT & Telecom business and hence started NAIB IT focusing on delivering Digital Transformation Projects in the region.
